I was playing Chaos Theory last night and on the mission right before Sam breaks into Displace I believe or the following mission where he goes to Japan, "The Walsh" get sunk by the Korean missle. Lambert is talking to the President with one other person that looks like Director Williams from this game. I never heard the guys name though and was wondering if anyone knew if that was him or not?

I vaguley remember who you are talking about, and I think it is Williams, I went back and played all the Splinter Cells about last summer and I remember when I got to Chaos Theory I thought that was Williams also.

I'm pretty sure that it's President Bowers. Not Williams.

In CHAOSE THEORY, LAMBERT is talking to PRESIDENT BOWERS, and the guy you're talking about was defense secretary FRANK MASON, not the DIRECTOR WILLIAMS of DOUBLE AGENT.

However, you're right in that he does look like to new guy from the Conviction trailer. Maybe the guy SAM beats up with the soul patch is the new DIRECTOR WILLIAMS model???
