I have now reached the end of my tether. The game is going to have to go back to the shop. I have done everything I possibly can and acted upon the advice the e-mails I have sent initiated, which was just the FAQ'S all over again and not a response from a real person. You could at the very least have e-mailed me to say that you could not help. I am disappointed and don't like giving up. I did not expect that a degree in computing was necessary to play this game. I guess that it's money back time. I am frustrated and also very angry at lack of customer care.
