I was wondering because I couldn't compete against the AI with my friend online (or via lan). Is RUSE not gonna have the option to fill empty slots with AI? Because teaming up with a friend against hard AI is very cool and it can get very tiresome to be always competing against your friend. So will this be an option in RUSE and if not please make it so

This anti-cheating system of no LAN and not being able to host your own games is very effective.. to a point.
But it's terrible for MOD support. If they follow this structure of gameplay there won't even be a possibility of modding tools for this game. :-(( this sucks!

BAHH!! WIC I was anticipating it more than i am RUSE and the game sucked.. hardcore. It was a panzer warfare game not enough focus on other units.
Any way.. WiC has been around for like 3 years max? with ruse out in a month you can expect the number of active players to drop significantly and that would be pretty much the whining down of WiC. Now do you want RUSE to be like WiC and last for 3 years or like Age of Empires II or StarCraft and last for years and years to come?
They say they keep the updates coming long after the game is released. I don't believe it. Sure they might update it for maybe 2 or 3 years to come, but beyond that there won't be a financial incentive for them to keep making new maps and features. It will have to be done by the community like every other long lasting game.
