unfortunately no, but from what I've read Ubisoft has expressed interest in eventually doing PC version.
i think it has something to do with all the pirating that happens with PC games, good to hear developers are starting to take a stand against people illegally downloading their games.

THEN IT'S TIME TO MAKE A STAND FOR ALL THE XBOX AND PLAYSTAION 3 ILLEGAL GAMES OUT THERE INCLUDING I AM ALIVE FOR THE XBOX WAS PIRATED THE DAY AFTER IT WAS RELEASED.
I have a pc and I have never got a free game for it. I do not use pirate sites because I believe that everyone should get paid for the work they do. Having said that I think ubisoft are just making excuses!!

NO mate it seems this game will not be coming out for pc. Maybe pc users should make a stand against ubisoft for there comments that ALL PC USERS ARE PIRATES!!!!!!!
