Re-check you installation, please.
F-14A_Tomcat.dat, skin2_F-14A_Tomcat.dat, menu_F-14A_Tomcat.dat and menu_skin2_F-14A_Tomcat.dat go into ...HAWX\Data\Models\plane_playable
All .dds files go into ...HAWX\Data\Textures\Geoms
