I was looking way to do this.
Player is forced to stop some point and watch AI coming and watch its movements, talk ,get quest etc..

Check options that are available in "act_PlayerControl".

Last night got it working partly. But didnt find any "stop looking" action.. so player could move/do things normally. How to end it properly?

In "PlayerSelection" choose "LookAt: NoTarget" at the end where player should have ability to move his head. Also make sure that you alloved player to move - just set "ENABLE".
