I purchased the cardio bundle and new year bundle. It says in the marketplace that they both have been purchased even downloaded again.
I can access the cardio and zen workouts but nothing else.
Please help me!

Also I purchased an exercise with uplay points where is this located as it has not shown up?

Also on another note ubi please fix your terrible lay out in the game menus. Also the streamlining purchases and bundles in the marketplace on xbox live - it is way too easy for users to buy duplicate copies of the same item - it feels like this was done intentionally. having the same item on its own and in 2 different bundles is ridiculous.

Apart from that stuff I am really enjoying the accrual workouts and hope more dlc is released. I just hop it works and is integrated a bit better.

I have the exact same issue with downloadable content. I purchase New Year, New You and it's showing up that I still need to buy it even though in the Xbox dashboard it shows it's downloaded.

I had the same problem, but if you scroll through the menu you will see a different listing for the same item that will be available. For some reason it is listed twice, one for the packaged purchase and one for the stand alone purchase. So go to the market place and re-download your purchase to make sure that the content is on your xbox360 HD and load up the game. You will see the stand alone purchase first, but keep scrolling through the options and you will see another listing for it.

nope it says I can by zen and cadio but the other 2 options need to be purchased I am on hold to an xbox customer service person who asked me how to spell 'your shape' and asked if the game was dlc? They have no idea I will ask for a refund and then try to download it within the game.

For me alucardryft is right. In game when I go to fitness classes it says I need to buy Bollywood but if I scroll further down the list it shows up. It has 2 listings - 1 for the bundle and one for the separate item.

In game it should just register if you own Bollywood whether you bought it on its own or part of the bundle and then remove the other options.

Okay, for both of the combo packs this is what has occurred for most people: After you have purchased them and downloaded them the option to purchase them singly still remains in the game. This can cause confusion because people think they need to purchase the items again. JUST IGNORE THESE LISTINGS. Then Cycle through and find the content you have purchased.

Follow the "blinking" circles to your new content.

Another thing I have noticed is that these combo packs took a rather long time to download on to my XBox. Be sure that the downloads are completed before you turn off your XBox and/or before you go looking for them in the game.

Also i think a problem is that Bollywood and NYNY are not located in the same "area" It took me roughly 10 mins to find NYNY. It was under update my training over on the side where Nivea fitness is, maybe personal training (not quite sure) but look for "update my training". Now that was my first time using it, so I dont know if it will be in the same spot tomorrow.

Yes, it will be in the same spot tomorrow But if you're now currently using it as your personal trainer program you can access it by going to Personal Trainer > Start Training > Start my program.

BTW the first DLC also had one part in the fitness classes and the other part in the "update your program" area of the personal trainer section. I'm assuming that all combo packs will have one element in one section and the other element in another sestion.

{solved} I contacted Microsoft(phone support) after sending screen shots and them acting very unprofessionally finally a resolution they made me re purchase in game and reimbursed me m$ points... now to pay off the massive phone bill
