    well just as the title says, id like to know if its possible to search for my friends game by using his IP adress. is it possible, so yes then please tell me how

    I don't know of any "implemented" method (though there was such thing back in HoMM III), but one hamachi should be an acceptable solution.

    Unfortunately Xenofex is right. This is the most ******ed multiplayer setup ever. If you want to play multi, and you're not on LAN, you have to use Ubi.com. Why they would force people to go through their website you can probably imagine, but it's completely ridiculous in my opinion. Thanks goodness for hamachi.
