The Spitfire/RJ Mitchell museum is next door in Hampstershire (that's where Benny Hill came from - 'nuff said), although there is what's left of a prototype bouncing bomb tested locally in a museum on Portland. Over-run by Jerry in the summer - mit chicks! Fantastiche!

'Dirty deeds...' is our unofficial anthem - every pub band worth their salt has it on the set list. Chicks in hedges - brownie point for you, Ploughman.

Lots of Dorset connections with the US, Mr Choctaw - particularly in New England - if you're from old Connecticut stock, you might well have some Dorset in you
