morning all
i'm new to s/hunter I have figured out most things but my torps won;t reload after I fire my first salvo. It says they are in the que but when they get to about 9mins to reload the clock stops both in auto load and manual also if I'm using time compression should not the torps load in compressed mode
getting fed up with waiting and shadowing convoys

A-Make sure you're not on silent running.

B-Make sure the torpedo room is sufficiently staffed.

C-I don't know what it could be.

C - Might be to close the torpedo doors.
D - Check that you are not selected to manual weapons management

Last - release your crew, detentionoffice

Yep, put two torpedo men (minimum) in the room then staff it with others making sure it is full. A watch officer also helps, then click on your weapons officer and then click on weapons management. When the management page comes up, you'll see the boat plus all the torps available, make sure you check the box at the top for automatic torpedo loading.
To bring spares in from outside, click and drag the spare to the first available slot inside, making sure you are on the surface.
In time compression, all will follow your last standing orders, therefore, if the auto load is unchecked they will sit for hours as you've given them no orders.
Easy blunder to make, we've all done it.

if you have white lights in the torpedo firing screen you could also be out of torpedoes if you are in the earliest type of u boat. Only one salvo will give you only 2 reloads or you can be on silent running which prohibits you from loading torpedoes so make sure you are not on secure for silent running.
