This thing is one big joke, really. Honestly, for the first year I always kept an eye on the betakey. But now I can't find it... I have no idea where it is and I don't care. When will the Open beta for interntional players come? What about those folks who bought CE and now can't play because they aren't french and not willing to use a proxy (the language wouldn't be a problem, at least for me).
Why is it that there really is no international open Beta? I can't imagine...
perhaps no one reads this anyway anymore, forums dead... but for those who read it: I told ya! Don't rely on someones words too much espacially when it's about the release of Sofware...

In this Country (Australia) it is illegal to engage in such misrepresentative actions. Almost 3 years after the announcement and well over a year since the French Beta and nothing has transpired here. It would appear that the BETA for other countries will not occur.
I will be lodging a complaint with The Australian Consumer and Competition Commission next Monday (still pulling all of the paperwork together), I am also consulting a Lawyer as I paid for a very expensive box of Software (That I already owned individually) in order to get the Key and be a part of the Beta.
UBI can send me invitations to engage in BETA's for other products, that were not even in the planning stages when, this product was announced.... go figure!
I wonder what UBI's response will be to an ACCC complaint and investigation???
Any guesses on how long the Moderators will leave this post up?
UBI haven't responded to the Forum, or to emails, or to phone calls, or to letters.... Let's see how they like what comes next...

hi there! i apologize to write this here but it seems i can't find an answer anywhere, i'm from Romania and i'm dying to play HOMM Kingdoms but in my country hasn't been launched yet, although in other countries is running for some time now; do anybody have any idea when i'll be able to play it from Romania?(i hope my english is correct and you can understand me)
iv been trying to get on might and magic heros kingdoms all i get is a erro page 500 could some one help please as the game is good and iv enjoyed it thanks
