    WHEELMAN

Definitely had a great time playing Wheelman, which I believe was a tribute of sorts to the classic DRIVER series. Post your thoughts on Wheelman compared to Driver and what you like AND don't like about Wheelman:

Wheelman's missions are a lot like something from a Driver series game: Chase, evade, follow, on foot shootouts, timed missions, breaking through tons of street objects, massive jumps/ramps, etc. Wheelman adds the new Ramming and interior slow motion Cyclone features, which add a lot to making the game standout.
The physics are more about an arcade experience versus the semi-realism of the Driver series, but both games focus on Hollywood Stunt Driving.

If I could add one thing, bring Wheelman outside the city by adding a mountain and country terrain to drive through with tons of hills and cliffs. And add interior dash views for all vehicles as a FOURTH camera view, not just for trucks (which was welcome by the way). On foot camera views are nice, but add a JUMP button, or climb button.
Other additions would include controller and city options, customize control mapping, ability to change sensitivity to steering, as the game seems to oversteer, though it's mostly useful during full speed city last second evasive driving. Add a day/night cycle too, with amount of traffic, pedestrians.

Overall, had a great time going through the missions in Wheelman and driving/riding through the city. Pleasantly surprised by this game despite the harsh reviews on the web.

Driver SF2, include: Everything from DSF and... More freedom to explore: Open Parking Lots, Offroad hills, forests, bring us into a Rural Setting, customizable options, lots of RAMPS again and corkscrew wooden bridges across ponds, Sportbikes too. And please lose the lame roadside rails, so we can REALLY go off road and fly off without hitting invisible walls.

They both have a very different type of gameplay. Driver is very little arcade, mixed with quite a bit of realism. Wheelman: Everything has just got a very arcade with a twist style of feel to it, with very little realism added to it. Both use car chases as a theme (abviously), but execute them in a very different way - even though they both also have that hollywood like exaggeration in common. I prefer Driver for it's overall style of gameplay. Wheelman is just too arcadey for me.
