    It`s not good for your renown if you sink a neutral vessel. That being a passengerliner or whatever.

    Not sure about passenger liners but a neutral T3 tanker didn't hurt it at all. I didn't get a reprimand or lose renoun.

    Remember, passenger liners carried troops.
