    The manual is SOOO LACKING basic frickin info, it makes me SO ANGRY.

    Why have a wonderful game like this, and leave so much guess work.....

    Any info on what the medals and awards do specifically? i already wasted one.....

    Dont worry you will get truckfulls.

    The medals make the people more resiliant, or increase their morale (though im not sure about the morale)

    If you look at the bars of the guy before you give him the medal and then after you will see the difference. Its not really all that important anyhow. They dont make that much difference. (Though my eagle eyed watchman has a shirt full of them )

    Promotions will add to resiliance,or otherwords the way a crew member handles stress, and for how long.

    Awards add to morale. Depending on what type of award give add more to the borale bar---I give a crew member the Iron Cross and Combat Sub badge and his bar moved alot.
