Thread: Can someone help? | Forums

    I chose this game over the other fitness games for the wii because it's supposed to have 480 different exercises. However, it keeps repeating the same ones even within just a 15 minute workout. Is this because I'm not getting 100%? Or is there anything anyone knows of to get more variety in a workout? Also, when I check that I want to use my stability ball, it's not giving me any exercises to do with it. It's frustrating! Thanks for any help!

    The more times i have completed a work out the more exercises are incorporated into my workout. I think i remember reading in the booklet that you must 'unlock' moves. I guess this is where the 'game' part of the workout comes into it. It wants you to keep completing workouts to gain more exercises.
    I do not have a swiss ball yet so i am not sure about that, but i have done a few exercises with free weights- i was expecting to do the entire workout focusing on weights if you picked that but it doesnt- they are slotted in every now and then.... maybe that is because my long term goal is weight loss so it does cardio with the weights....

    I am having the same problem with repeated exercises and not using the equipment that I have preselected. The exercises have been nearly identical regardless of the body part that I want to workout. I did a 30 minute routine which was supposed to focus on abs and I did not complete one sit up! This is despite the fact that I have done sit ups in earlier workout sessions. I will persevere for a little while bit and I really hope that R2CH43L is correct!

    it will unlock more moves the more you play , and situps are not the only ab move there is you are probly doing something else for abs and dont even know it
