This should answer some questions that have been floating around here about unit customization and what battalions you should use or what is better.well ill just throw this example out there say you want to deploy a tactical battalion but you are worried that it only has one transport.this is were the confusion is, you can deploy more trans than one, you can deploy as many as you want, you just only get one transport that stays in your persistent battalion roster. yes all trans deployed after your first are all going to be recruit but they can still use your battalions recruit lvl upgrades.the only limits on what you can deploy are max 12 units at a time your reservs and of course no more than 2 arty 6 inf and 1cv at a time.last one.....your an assualt battalion you have your 4 rifles already deployed can you deep strike a rifle to an uplink????? yep because deep strike is a recruit and above upgrade.
