    Im kinda sick of waiting and im going outta town so I wanted to go down the dam street (what I should've done in the first place) and get the game. Ubisoft is not open on the weekends and I dont if there is any other way to cancel it......?

    You refuse the package when it arrives. If you paid by credit card..call and file a dispute claim tell the card company you refused delivery.

    I paid with a debit card.. so I'm stuck waiting.

    Missouridrifter, you can still refuse delivery and get your money back from UBI. Once you refuse delivery, call UBI support and inform them that you have. They will issue a RMA# for the order and once they receive it back they are then required to refund your money in full no matter how you paid.

    im68guns. Do you know if you have to be there when they deliver it,? Is that the only time I can refuse it, or is it easier to just get it and then send it back, ans still get my money back no matter how I paid for it?

    It's best if you are able to just refuse the delivery. If you receive it then send it back, you are responsible for the shipping charges back to UBI. If you refuse to accept delivery, UBI pays for the return shipping.

    Same thing here. I'm going to refuse the delivery and get my money back. Last night, I finally, went to buy the game at our local EB store, which I should had done in the first place. Anyway, you will get you money since they are required to refund it if you refuse delivery.
    Go buy the game and enjoy it!!! You will not regret it.
