Please tell me if ubisoft has crashed or is it my game cannot log in multiplayer , reinstalled game and still nothing , just me or everyone.....

you let us know , cannot log in multiplayer.
I'm online every day and have not problems with logging in multiplayer.
<span class="ev_code_YELLOW">sometimes it can happen that multiplayer says.....you can not connect to router for 1 or 3 days</span>
If you want to log into multiplayer, do you game have crash ?
if you have game crash that is not multiplayer or ubisoft , but it is your game self.
if you really want to unistall your game. make sure your game is fully removes from your computer.
install your SH-3 game and go after your settings of your 3D card. properties your 3D card to your game
