This will take you to IronHands site. There you can choose flight basics, tutorials, etc.

Most are in the form of videos that you watch using whichever media player you want to use. I get hacked off with Windows Media player forever saying "missing codec", it does my head in - so I use VLC (just google for it) it'll play pretty much anything and is freeware.

Some older stuff on his site may well be in the form of lockon tracks. Be aware that tracks are unlikely to work unless they are played back on exactly the same patch version of Lockon that they were made with. Tracks are notoriously fussy in that regard. If played back on a different patch version, they may not play at all, or they may play but not actually do what the author planned so be of no use to demonstrate what the author wanted.
