It is a clipping problem that is in all games and it will get worse depending on how low you have the graphics.

Thanks. I solve this problem.
I have another question. Who is multisampling setting in game? What changes if i set it on 3 or 1? What better?
-
Multisampling sets the antialiasing in the game. It will look better with antialiasing at 3, but the game will run slower if your graphics card isn't up to scratch. Your GTS should be able to handle a setting of 1 or 2. If things slow down, set it back to 0 or 1.

It is possible set multisampling at 0? How? I don't see how disable it.
-
yes it is possible
go to
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Ubisoft\Assassin's Creed
open assassin.ini and change Multisampling to 0
