    Hey guys

As I am trying to study for my Organic Chemistry II Final... I just got this crazy idea that this might be a spiritual successor to orginal Prince of Persia Series.

    How you may all ask?

Well most of the old Prince of Persia Fans wanted a realistic Prince of Persia game. Well that's not going to happen on how I see it. Prince of Persia will be Ubisoft's Action and Adventure game that has over the top platforming and action.

Now with Assassins Franchise this will become their Action and Adventure game with realism. That will please old Prince of Persia fans, while bringing in Splinter Cell Fans and new fans in one whole sweep. So through this game will gain huge sales and become one of the best games of 2007.

    Just some speculations....

PS: During E3 there will be even more media blow out, just let everyone know.

    Arg I can't wait until E3

And I think you may be on to something Zap, hopefully PoP will go towards a fantasy theme, since it has been like that since the original PoP's.

And this game will hopefully revolutionize the realistic platforming and action genre

Actually, that makes a lot of sense Zappy. Plus, this is the kind of game I've really wanted... Another Thief, set in PoP surroundings.

    Awwwesoooome.

It looks pretty damn good. I'm not gonna hesitate in getting it.

HOWEVER, I don't ever want to think of it as having anything to do with Prince of Persia. To me, this is its own game. It will never be Splinter Cell meets Prince of Persia...it's just completely Assassin's Creed.
Similar to them, yeah...cuz it's done in the same style.
This just isn't a game I want to see as being created in another's shadow.

Although the main character does seem to have the same facial structure as the Prince for SoT...
