how do you avoid lag while play RSV2?online? | Forums

its a real problem because it affects everything even my team mates but how do i avoid it? should i go LAN local connection network?

or change to a diffirent server because lag does not help at all its hard to enjoy the game with lots of lag on my side.

The only way to completely elininate lag is to host. But if you don't have a higher end internet connection and good computer those joining you will suffer. If you are playing with friends find out who has the best hosting setup and let them host. The only other thing you may do is on the mission list pick the server with the lowest ping and deal with the lag.We have been complaning to UBI since the game was released but they have never seen fit to address the problem of lag and server disconnect. If anything things are getting worse as time goes on. Some people are even saying UBI is ruining Vegas& Vegas2 to free up server space for their new broken games.

As for trying to hook up with a lan I have heard that Hamachi and others work quite well. I looked at Hamachi quite a while ago (right after it was released)but haven't checked it out in ages. I live in the U.S. and game mostly with a group of Europeans so I have just leared to deal with the lag......lol. What ever you try good luck as you are Dealing with UBI.
