Ubisoft Game Launcher: Error Code 1 | Forums

Can't play the game, it won't even launch. Searched results show Error Code 1 issues back in June, but nothing recent. With no resolution.

Anyone else have this same issue that was resolved?

Please advise.

btw, I was able to play only a few days ago. But not today.

That usually means the registry entry for the UGL cannot be found. Re-installing the launcher should fix that (there's a separate UGL installer on the disk).

Did you run any kind of registry clean-up or system restore?
