    I get the following message:

    "could not log to the router! the client is incompatible with the server ERR:50"

    I always thought io was a compatible person, this is the first time i cannt log on. Is it another server problem?

    Any ideas?

    Do you have the 1.03 patch? That problem was fixed a while ago.

    I got this error after installing the patch. Can I uninstall the patch? Should I uninstall the whole program and then reinstall each CD?

    I get a log on error also.

    "The arena has not yet detected your disconnection. ERR: 3"

    I have heard "wait a bit" but I've waited weeks. Help please!

    I have this problem too. I dont have the full version of CM 10. Today ive downloaded the demo version to try some online games. It seems that the 1.3 patch is for the full game only. Can someone tell me what to do?

    but it says: download the demo version and play for free 8 hours in single player and online till august. I want to try it before buy.
