As the title states, what can PC users expect now that xbox users have been promised this?

I have similar, very serious question. I already bought many of SCC stuff ( Link), everything on Xbox 360. BUT I DON'T HAVE INTERNET ON XBOX!!! So I have many exclusive content cards (and CodeOfConviction codes), but for what? After 30th, I will be playing it only on PC also online. So are there any chances to have everything also on PC? For example via UPlay? And of course I hope for official Story DLC for SCC in summer also for PC! There are many moderators on forums, but they know nothing about UBI management, so is there anybody, who can make it clear please?

The codes are not transferable XBOX->PC or the other way around. As for PC DLC, I guess we'll have to wait for an official announcement...

Uplay points is very unlikely since you can only get a max of a 100 Uplay points per game, and per game you will have a 100 points to spent. If you don't spent it, you can spent it on another game like Assassins Creed 2.

I think it will be free through patching
