The developers have said that after the VIP Demo is over, and the game is closer to launch, there will be a demo out

"EndWar is currently being tested in a closed beta, but a <span class="ev_code_YELLOW">VIP demo is scheduled to begin on October 7 </span> for those who preorder the game at certain retailers. <span class="ev_code_RED">A traditional demo is slated to appear on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network soon afterward. </span> In both cases, the end is near, and we can't wait."
