i had to replace my pc last week with the new one ive instaled sh5 ok but come to play and input my key I brought with thegame and it keeps saying this code has already been used i dont want to buy a new code can any one help?

Not sure if this will help but I know you have to sign in with the same user name and password you used when you first got the game.

If you can't remember the other account that you could have used to activate the key you can contact Ubisoft Support and we can check the key and verify the account that is connected to it. Once you have that you would be good to go.
