Perhaps the bug will return with the next NVidia driver (let's hope it will not)

Well i have a 32-bit vista and the latest nvidia driver didn't help at all (only difference at start the blackbox doesn't appear, but if i wish to build something it does), and i was trying the virtualbox and trying to install settlers 4 gold but when the setup should start it gives me a message that i need vga graphics to set it up.

Can someone help me with the vbox issue, or give an advice which nvidia driver should i dl and use? (32bit vista)

Hi!

You don't need a VirtualBox with the latest driver from NVidia!

I have Geforce GT 220M and the newest patch did not remove the black box.
Then i tried the virtual box but its very very slow, the game wont even start, after 4-5 minutes the virtual box turn black and then after a while it starts writing something that i got 0,3 FPS.

I increased the memory to 1GB, the video cards memory to maximum 128, but still the same problem, can this be fixed somehow?

vt-x amd-v is enabled and i cant disable it, because the check box cant be unticked. its "grey".

Chief: Yes it does load properly. I tried the "original" settlers4 and i could install it, but it doesn't start when i'm trying. Actually never mind, i pretty much gave up this option.

I was wrong with the driver stuff, pretty much missed the right one, now it's working properly.
