I am getting a new laptop in a few days and as a great fan of the heroes games I would like to know if my laptop will meet the requirements so I can play HeroesV?

some of the specs are:
Intelâ® 945PM / ICH7-M Chipset
nVidia Geforce Go 7600 512MB
1.83 GHz Intelâ® Coreâ"ž¢ Duo T2400
1GB DDR2 PC5300 - 667MHZ
win xp pro

Does anybody have an answer ?

As long as xp is service pack 2 the game will work great.
Your laptop is very good and the game will work at high settings.

Awesome laptop!! Only one problem. Your processor.
It is way too slow. Just because that processor is too slow at processing all of the data coming from any application onto it, it will tax(reduce) your video card's ability to process its main task: video editing/translating. Why? Because, not only your vid card is way too good for your main processor, it will replace and execute all application's data for itself also.
It happened to me. Processes for main processor = 0%.
Just look and ask your reseller for a better processor for that laptop's mainboard, that's all. Thx for reading and considering my suggestion.

The procesor is great Patenaudeluc cause that's a dual core processor and their speed is what is written. That's about a 2600+ barthon in speed and thus a good processor.

hi!
My laptop has this:
Centrino 2.26 GHz (not duo core as above)
but i have Geforce 7800 GTX Go

Do you think the processor is ok? Do you have any clue to compare its speed with other processor i.e. Pentium IV, AMD or Duo Core?
