It seems like this doesn't happen on every patrol, so it drives me nuts. What is wrong with it?!
In the stock game, when you get a flag in the star, you'll get further orders once you get within the patrol zone. When you get binoculars in the star, you need to stay within 50nm of the star for the entire patrol time. Most of us make it a few miles less to compensate for our own innacuracies.
The're in their bars, drinking, celebrating our sinking! Not yet my friends, not yet!

The first post in this thread says " stay within 100 nautical miles of the objective" to complete the 'patrol' mission - it needs correcting...

How do you pick up the pilots once you get to the designated locations?

    Hello johneg15,

If you click on the link SHIV Guide below my signature there is a section in that guide that tells you about picking up pilots.
