i have been a mapper for 5 years , alot of which i found limitations in the editor as far as accuracy of ools and lack of iverse functionality ... my best maps were before ar cry 2 and were for America's Army : though not a flashy game they had many very real looking terrain textures and a nice selection for the genre the game is .

in shport i am finding my niche in FarCry 2 mapping , have released a mappack of 2 quality , well executed and well pruned maps ... albeit the first one is more of a fun and explore map ...

    my xfire is : Reason3d

link to mapack for viewing , simply download to your my documents\my games\far cry 2\usermaps folder and then unzip the pack ...

Waiting on the "upcomming" patches to be released and pending positive feedback will reinstall the game.
I'd like to get involved with your idea but it will depend on whats mentioned above.
Worked on maps have been saved to folders on a flash drive.
