Did not receive uPlay email for AC:B Trajan Market map. | Forums

It seems a majority of members of Joystiq.com replied and stated they did not receive the free map from uplay. The website leads me to these forums, so I'm unsure on who else to contact or ask about this issue.

I did contact support about this matter. My sister got her code to one of her emails. and I checked all my three; Nothing.

And which category I suppose to choose, 360 game, Ubi account, FB game? There's no Uplay category! lol

I did contact support and got an email response saying "Unfortunately, this was a promo for some of our European customers"

which is odd considering i know N. American players who got the code, and UbiGabe tweeted to someone about it only being for N. American uplay members...
