Well, AT has a greater effect than DF (I'm talking about primary skills). Example:

- 2 titans (30at, 55 average dmg) hit some archamges (10df)---> 110x2.00=220dmg
- 16 archmages (10at, 7dmg) hit some titans (30df)---> 112x0.500=56dmg
so while +20 defense has an effect of 56 hit points, +20 attack has an effect of 110 hit points.

I think that is why Defense skill is "better" than Attack.
