Thank you for all of your helps first.

I am using WinXP SP2.....I have read the whole forum.

First, I have disable the FIREWALL, but I cannot find what "Exception" in the window.

I have changed the compatability of the SETUP.exe (in the game CD) to Win95...then Win98....then Win NT and Win2000 ....but it is still having error loading the InstallShield.

I can't even open the InstallShield.....Anyone can help me ?? Please.....Please help.
My game is AUTHORISED one including the multi-player code.

try running s4_main.exe in compatabillity mode instead of setup.exe

have you managed to find the downloads section and got(ten) the patch to version 1516 ?

I have tried but the InstallSHield still have error ......cannot open the InstallShield still....

I have received the Support email from Ubi soft about this problem. He just said it is the problem of the InstallShield Engine, and give me a Link of the InstallShield Support page. My God, I don't even know the version of the InstallShield, how can I ask for help ?

Dear friends.....I would like to ask, is there any method to SKIP the InstallShield during the installation ? or Can I simply copy all the files to the Harddisk and play it ??

Unfortunately, I have tried all the links and tried all the suggestions, but it still have error,.....
Whats going on with the InstallSHield ????????? I think I have to go back to the shop later and exchange the game with other one.....if the problem is not solved.
