I dont know about anyone else but I think that this would make the game that much more awesome. Make it like GRAW where you can lean out a little bit and peak around the corner.

Out of body experiences are terrible. I couldn't even finish vegas because of them.
Ubisoft, please prove me wrong.
3rd persoon views are what makes it a Tom clancy game.cod and all those other look à like shooters are first person.vegas ruled
third person view is same as cheating at least in this game people just camping around corner until they see you afteward they were doing RB button to bring up that circle thing and uses it to get easy headshots on people who pop out of cover for more than 2 seconds.Originally posted by Bassie52:

RS is supposed to be realistic there is not supposed to have health regen, super accuracy shooting from the hip, etc.

Just make 1st person lock a selectable option. I like the 3rd person view. If you want GRAW like play, then play GRAW.
R6V2 was a damn popular game. They shouldn't be trying to re-invent the wheel here.
The cover system as seen in the target render would be ideal, thank you very much.
Worst comes to the worst, give us the option for 3rd and 1st person cover, and force one option during ranked multiplayer sessions.
I'd prefer that both options! The market is saturated with brain-dead FPS's, gameplay should't be minimal it should be diverse! As demonstrated by COD - mind numbingly boring and overhyped.Originally posted by jmcorp:

I say get rid of third person cover, its not needed. If they insist on keeping it then make first person cover an option when hosting. Just make sure people can see what cover system the room has in the lobby preview. This is assuming there will still be custom lobbies people can join.
3rd person needs to go completely.
If you "must" see yourself, then create a small view of your character from 3rd person in a corner of the screen with only objects within a couple feet visible.
We don't need magical seeing over and around objects from an out of body experience in a FIRST person shooter.
