Coming back to SH5 after a long absense. Inhave a new rig that is running windows 7 64 bit. Tried to install the game but came to the product it keeps telling me that it is already used. Of course it is, I am only trying to re-install it.

Is there a problem with running JSGME with Win7?

You need to login with the username and password you originally used when you first installed the game.
In a way SH5 is right the key is already in use, by you.

I've not had any problems with JSGME and Windows 7.

I am still registered with UBI still cannot get past the game key.

I've not done it so I'm a little unsure of how it all works, but from what I have seen/read there should be an option on the launcher to login rather than enter your key.

Just being registered with UBI doesn't count, you need to tell SH5 that so it knows where to look for the product key info.

Excellent reply, problem resolved. Now if I could only get the JSGME working correctly.
