youll say it wont get vertical, wrong:

a spin perpendicular to the main spin, precession HAS ONLY ONE POSIBLE SENSE so actually theres no choice here it will spin surely that only posible sense and end up vertical

now paint one end blue and the other end red and spin it with 0 bias

if it turns up blue you pay the beers

if it turns down red ill pay the beers
