Writing while this thought is still fresh in my mind. I'm sending a request for more in-depth stats of custom maps. It would be cool if we see how much time a mapper had spent landscaping, placing furniture, weapons, vegetation, etc. Not to mention which objects are being used in a given map? How often are the objects being used in the map and how often does the mapper use them generally? Which objects are not in use?

If map editor is returning i want animals to be in editor to spawn to make it more lively.

I hope tigers and other predators won't be always so aggressive as they are in trailers and previews. Sometimes they should just run off into the jungle... And I also hope the NPC-s can kill them, because that would be boring if we just let loose a tiger or bear and they clear the whole outpost without a scratch.

In the gameplay footage that has been shown from singleplayer the outposts have an alarm system for the enemy to call in reinforements. Hoping that something similar could be used for multiplayer. E.G. where the host could set a given number of respawns for each team. Each teams base has its own alarm system to call in extra units (increase number of respawns).

+ Adding character appearance customization for standard multiplayer. (far cry 1 had this). I would not want to just spawn every match as a random villager or villain. Having a character profile would be nice, with a standard set of clothing and body options to choose from.. unlocking more as you level your multiplayer character. Tattoos? Profile Clan badge/emblem?
+ More multiplayer match setting. (starting weapons, respawn time, disable killstreak bonus, enable/disable specific weapons, etc). I wanted to make a match in FC2 with no starting weapons, forcing players to be stealthy in the jungle until they found a randomly scattered weapon. No respawn, last team standing.. before "DayZ" was around.
.*setting possibilities: bullet damage increase to realistic , on/off team revival , on/off killstreak power ups , on/off radar , on/off enemy indicators , on/off vehicles , customize weapon sets that spawn on map including grenades and other pickups , customize starting weapons for all players- including no starting weapon- which would make player load-outs disabled for the match , allowance of more than one team for deathmatch or similar (team red, blue, green, purple, etc) , on/off respawn , modify respawn time , on/off death killcam , teammate betrayal options and penalty options , on/off dynamic day cycle (assuming there might be one in multiplayer) , option for weapon spawn locations to spawn a random weapon (keeps map-wise players from abusing weapon hog technique i.e. taking rocket launcher every time it spawns) , on/off boats , on/off wildlife?, on/off turrets , on/off self healing , on/off battle cry , on/off weather conditions , select the time of day of the map (so there's no need for multiple copies of a custom created map, the custom map's created day/night would be the default) ,
+ ^Ability to name and save the custom match settings for easy future match creation. The custom match name could also be shown in the game lobby when in use. Match lobby names titled "Zombies" "Last Man Standing" "Last Team Standing" "Snipers" "Hand to Hand" "CQC" etc. would help players decide what game to join.
.* Aside from match names, it might also help for matches to have a 'tag' to them for easy searching. Games tagged with Deathmatch, Capture, Casual, Artist Exhibition, Race Course, Survival/Last man standing, Multi-team, Free for All, Custom Map, Custom Settings, Default Map, Default Settings, etc.. would make preferred match searching easier. Games might benefit from having more than one tag to them.
+ A player downed by a headshot probably shouldn't be able to be revived.. or even a direct rocket shot. Maybe idk.
+ Ability to free roam after the single player main story is completed. FC2 had an unwelcome finite ending, putting to waste all the time spent diamond collecting, exploring, and weapon upgrading.
