If you are having issues connecting to multiplayer games try opening the following ports on your Router before contacting customer support.

PC:
TCP and UDP : 9000-9004

Xbox:
The following ports must be available for Xbox LIVE to operate correctly. Xbox port information can be found here.
UDP 88
UDP 3074
TCP 3074

PS3:
TCP 80, 443, 5223
UDP 3478, 3479, 3658

Ok, but what about the Dedicated Server application? I have yet to receive a definitive answer on what ports are needed to run a Dedicated Server. I even contacted Ubi directly, they told me to come to the forums because they dont support the Server Launcher application...... GREAT!

i dont even know how to open ports on my router. why is this so complicated to even play a game. i have NEVER had to do any of this on any other game

Do you have a list of ports for Punkbuster, too? +1 on the server ports, too.

Ok...The first day I set the server up It ran fine for a while..Now The Server can't even get trhu 3 maps without get stuck on Loading... I have my Box DMZED..Punkbuster on and off still no dice..UBI patch the server or give us Every port that needs to be open. No once can play online for longer than 20 mins, whatever you did to the master server has screwed online play completely.

Server Hangs On loading screen every other match now. So the master server is wacked.

Please fix...

yeah opened all the ports on router and firewall, even tried allowing all traffic through both router and fire wall. >_> , updated pkbuster , gpu drivers, any other suggestions.....

ok can u please elaborate on that im a pc noob and dont know how to set up ports, this is really annoying ive never had to do this with any other game.
