It's basically one mission ... the loadout you choose for "Part 1" carries over to "part 2" .. the objectives all show up at the end of "part 2"
They took out in-mission cutscenes in CT, so it's only really divided for the purpose of showing the cutscene of *highlight spoiler* <span class="ev_code_black">the attempted transfer of data to the jet and the jet getting shot down.</span> after you accomplish the initial objectives. That plan got f'd, so you gotta stick around in Seoul, hence part 2.
