I am so confused about how to choose what specific areas you want to focus on each day. Are you only able to highlight one area per workout or can you focus on multiple areas in the same workout? Yesterday I highlighted the arms and put that I wanted to "burn" them, and I didn't get one arm excercise the whole workout.
Also, how do you get an upper body workout? I am on my 8th day and haven't had any upper body workouts. When I go to my stats, it even shows that I have yet to do anything with upper body.
