I bought BIA about a month ago and am just now getting around to installing it. I have tried 4 different DVD drives (3 different PCs) and none will read the CD. I suppose I'll call the tech phone number in the manual but was just wondering if anybody has ever had this problem and what you did about it. Thanks.

Go back to school.
HAHA
Call tech support, that's all I can say. My comp didn't read my CD either until I realized it was made for a DVD-ROM. You'd think they'd atleast tell you in the commercial on TV or something. I didn't know this bit of information until I came on these forums to ask what was wrong with my CD. I felt dumb, but at the same time annoyed that nobody told me, and I never knew about it until a few days after I got the game. Friggin' annoying. Luckily my dad let me put his DVD-ROM in my PC.

Hmmm. The "DVD" printed on the box tipped ME off but I'm a Mensa member. Complex puzzles such as this are not new to me.

As I was typing a reply the BIA install window displayed. About 4 minutes after I put it in my DVD-ROM drive. Hmmm. Is that an indication of a possible hardware problem? Or does it have something to do with the 'notice' printed on the box about conflicts with some DVD drives? If thats the way its suppose to work a warning would be nice. By the way, the place where I bought the original gave me a new one and I thought it was doing the same thing but apparently it just takes a little bit to start up. Well I guess I'll start the install. Hopefully I wont be back.
