    I been playing AC:|B since it came out and completed the game. In the past 2 months I been coming back to the game and thought I world try to get a few Achievements on this game (xbox 360), the one am working on and its annoying me is the 10th Cluster, I have been to all the rifts but am missing one.

    I have looked at the maps in the hint book, looked on the web / YouTube and I cant see see any rift's in Eagle Vision to go through meaning I have been there even competed them, I have counted off the 10 rifts as I go many times but nothing. Is this there a way to see what rift am missing or something or reset them at lest?
