Hi everyone. I open this Discussion to all the people that love games and have good ideas that would like to see them come true.
This is my idea. Realy i dont now if the people of ubisoft have think of this but they have said a lot of the healing system, that you can like repair yourself if you have been inyured, but since you have night and day time i think that your caracter should rest a day or two after the battle to fully recover yourself, and if you dont do this your wounds wont heal right and youl have less top tolerance to another fight or top heal points or whatever and so on until you rest or go to the hospital or something.
Well thats my little idea, i think it gives the game more realism and i hope they use it.
PD: im sorry if i dont write very well since im from Chile and we speak spanish here.
yea...i like your idea...
Here's one, pretty random, but hear me out if you will.
You constantly see your arms held before you in a FPS, so why not have them flush red with sunburn if you are out all day in the sun, maybe by the end of the game you will have a mad tan. During the heat of the day, or an intense gun fight have sweat forming on them into a glossy sheen. If it's a cold desert night, why not have goosebumps form on your arms and hairs stand on end. Or you could see mosquitoes land on your arms and you get bites if you're around stagnant water. Like I said, pretty random, but I think it's a good idea and would add a nice bit of immersion to the game.
Ideas to really flesh out some realism are great, but I'm just hoping they include split screen system link/live, communicator over system link (despite MS), level editor, option for first or third person vehicle view, and some version of the predator mode of FC1 cause that was fun.
I guess your best wasn't good enough!
I think both ideas are cool!
The first one sounds a bit like Morrowing or Oblivion! Having to rest to increase your stamina seems more realistic than running, swimming, gliding and driving around the entire 50 square kilometers without taking a break!
I think it would also be cool if you could make a camp fire. The real tree system should make that quite easy and i assume that you can probably make a camp fire with the current physics system that is in place. Just shoot off a few branches, pick them up and burn them!
Maybe a minor hunting element would be quite cool too! Sneaking up on a gazelle @ 2am and shooting it, then dragging it back to your camp to eat! Nothing too complex, just shoot, maybe cook, then eat! And maybe bring in a crossbow, or Bow and Arrows.
Also maybe the use of a magnifying glass! Would be pretty cool if you could lay in the grass or climb a tree, then reflect the sun into some dry grass, starting a fire and alerting a nearby enemy base! You could then either ambush them as they try to extinguish the fire, or sneak around them unnoticed.
It seems you people would be better off playing RPG's and adventures than fps's. While those things would be nice they wouldn't compliment the game style. Also it's a bit late in the day for yet another wishlist. Don't forget it was the fantastic MP game that kept FC alive for over 3.5 years and that's what its fanbase are hoping FC2 will continue.
A great addition would be CO-OP Campaign.
The ability to enjoy the game's storyline with your buddies is great fun so I really hope they include this fantastic feature.
System Link CO-OP Campaign is the ultimate.
For me personally, no CO-OP, no buy.
Yeah, most of these ideas are for people that like RPGs. FC2 seems good as it is, because it's meant to be an FPS, not an RPG.
So I recommend someone starts building an RPG on the Dunia engine soon. The reason a lot of people want FC2 to be half RPG is because the engine is so perfect for an RPG-type game. I mean, it's amazing for large outdoor places, and probably indoor places too, and you can destroy about anything. Plus there would be very few loading screens (which is why I hated TES games).
It would be desirable a normal plot. And that duration of game was greater.
