I am in the part where naruto gets caught behind a trap. I switch over to Shikimaru and hop the floats to the other side and when I try to use the shadow jutsu, all that keeps happening is I protect Naruto, I see the switch and I need to use the jutsu to go under the building, but I cannot. What do I do ?

how'd u get the flowers? when i get to the X nothing happens.
If I remember correctly, you have to use Shikimaru again.
Do you mean that when you reach the flowers and hit X, you aren't getting the flowers?
do u do that when u reach the big blue X on the radar?

i dont know how to get to the flowers eithere HELP!!
