The Idol of Storms wont attack immediately after being summoned. It does do a weak chain lightening attack on next turn. A rather disappointing outcome TBH. I agree about the self heal on the lich it doesn't seem to work properly at all.

Patch 1.3 update had an error while copying the .exe and now the game won't launch.

I'm pretty sure arch-lich's abillity says they cannot heal themselves, only others on their team. I've found that even that is bugged though on the odd occasion, I'm not sure what triggers it. I also noticed that the box of griffen eggs spawns from the general relic pool (at least in offline mode). It is a quest item from the first mission in the haven campaign, im pretty sure.

The archlich bug differs from people to people - for me it only works if archliches don't immediately kill a non-undead stack in the next hit. I guess I'm lucky - others said it doesn't work no matter what. Oh well, at least it doesn't consume the archliches' action afaik.

Pressed Attack bug with Centaur Marauder
After a Centaur Maurader attacks with Pressed Attack, it gets a chance to move due to "Mobile Shooter", and a second turn of Pressed Attack is consumed, causing Pressed Attack to normally trigger only 1 time.

I've noticed four bugs in my game time.(Perhaps some of them had being noted,I just wanna pick them up to force Ubi improving game environment.)
(1) Fire Elemental : Cremation doesn't work
(2) Wind Elemental : no matter how many wind elemental exist , the preview window shows they only taking 13-13 damage !
(3) Lacerator : The ability "Taste of Pain" cannot stack to 60% ,only 15%
(4) Dynasty Weapon "Souldrinker" : lifeforce work on ally and opponent troops both.
It's a good game,I play HOMM2 till 6. And i will play this classic game at all time.
Only thing I want the new patch could be released ASAP.

I have 2 problems with 2 weapons:
(1) Heartrending Song: line 3 (Sephiel's Voice) doesn't active and work. The line 1,2,4, and 5 are ok
(2) Souldrinker: line 4 (life drain) also doesn't active. The line 1,2,3, and 5 are ok

Bug report from my patched Steam version, I've played only Campaign but i would imagine the same bug happened in single scenarios::
1) Hero Movement bug
a) Equip a +4/+8 movement boots on a hero, End Turn. Then nove hero on adventure map till no movement left. Equip another boot (that has no +movement)
Game crash immediately.
2) Vampire Out of Time (reported in some other thread too)
a) Despite Vampire defended and had "Out of Time" buff, some creatures can still hurt the vampire. Eg. Ghost, Ghoul, Cerebus
3) Architect II talent bug
a) When Hero with the above talent cast basic portal back to town, Town Walls building cost dropped 20% which is correct. However, other building cost remains at 100% (bug)
b) When (a) happens, move Hero out of town like 2 steps, then move back in. All Buildings now cost 20% less to build
c) A few other scenarios will cost (a) to happen as well but not sure what triggers it
a) Marksman - Despite many attempts, counter is always 0. Need clearer description on the requirement if its not a bug
b) Some Rotten Forever - Tried against Cyclop neutral armies, hit Cyclop enough to kill it, used all necromancy points before Cyclop's turn. Didnt trigger achievement.
Thanks in advance for looking into it and look forward to next patch.

Bug - Campaign mode - Towards the within
At the end of the quest Towards the within, after Anastasia defeat her reflection, there is a cutscene where the inferno city is destroyed, then after.... nothing. According to my research, it seem I should get a conversation with another NPC afterward, but it doesn't happen. I run around with Anastasia on the inferno island, but nothing happen and I'm stuck there.
I restarted the map completely and I got the exact same bug at the end.
