Thread: In game FMB Object Viewer | Forums

I wish I had seen a post about this previously, sure would have saved me some time.Anybody else use this instead of an FMB Objects pdf ? It's a quick short cut to view Obects but only works for Objects.Does not work for anything with Properties.

1)In 3D mode, add an Object from the Objects list.
    2)Object must be "blinking".
3)Click on "Show" to see the Object.
    4)Click back on Blinking Object.
5)You can then use the Page Up or Page Down buttons to scroll through the entire Object List.

Works in either overhead view or horizontal view and you can zoom in and out as well.View in either the "Show" window ( enlarge the window to desired size) or zoom in and watch your screen to see object and relative size compared to other parts of your scenery.

Of course the Object will change to each new Object as you scroll through the list but it sure beats refering to FMB Objects pdf.Anybody else like using this instead of an Objects pdf ?I just stumbled on this while building a scenery for a new project. A little screenie of a small commercial fishing complex I've been working on.

This is a great tip. I was not aware of this trick and I can see that it will expedite choosing objects in FMB. Thank you.

It makes for a great way to check out some "outside the box" combinations when trying to come up with something a little different.
