You are correct SFM777. Even I badly wanted that DEV tool/unpacker long back to somehow edit/tweak the game files (.fat/dat). But I don't think we can get an SDK now.

And uploading that DEV tool/program extractor to the public won't be easy for UBI.

Despite that, FC2 won't be able to properly support Single Player MODS I think. We require a complete Editing of the AI, scripts etc. But it's also not impossible, it can be done. I can only hope and wait for any DEV tool. Please UBI try if possible ?

And yes, the game is 1 year old, not 2.
