If you are talking about the elevator you came down in. You can't go back up and arn't supposed to. There is another elevator down here in the basement but a couple of guards a guarding it. Just keep looking around for it!

Firstly please don't double post. You could get in trouble and secondly you have to get the ND-133 before you cane advance up the second elevator otherwise your mission is a waist of time.
The ND-133 is in the science lab. It is in a bright room.
