I tried flying a USMC career mission. Upon takeoff from the carrier, after a minute or so in level flight while forming up, both my wings came off and I was listed as being shot down. There was no one near me, either friendly or enemy, and no fire observed.
This happened every time I tried the 1st mission. All this was in single player mode.
Anybody have any ideas?
All other career and single missions work ok.
Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Are ya sure your not hitting your fold wings key by accident? Check you keys in controls. God knows Ive done it!

Try recording the mission and then playing back using external view to watch.
